A little tattered in the most beautiful way. Fully boned with hook and eye closure at back. Was possibly once a dress but is so beautiful as a bustier. Lined in jacquard / moire rayon. 
 
Fits up to a medium.
Measurements (taken flat) - also has some elastic in the waist so there is slight flexibility:

Flaws:
Some staining on the lining + lace is tattered.
